Flatiron Books is a division of Macmillan founded in 2014 with a simple philosophy: publish a relatively small number of titles so that each book could be supported by an extraordinary amount of editorial attention, marketing, and publicity. Their fiction features authors who are “wonderful writers and incredible storytellers” in all areas from literary and commercial fiction to young adult crossover. Flatiron has published twenty-six New York Times bestsellers in its first three years, including seven #1 bestsellers.
