Reviews
“Pauline Carelli-Bloom, budding novelist, is not only charming, she’s also winning, captivating and irresistible!” —Susan Juby, author of Alice, I Think
“I’d pretty much go anywhere with Pauline. ... Pauline is funny and generous, crazy about words, clear-eyed (except when she’s totally off-base), loyal to her friends, and tolerant of her parents... These two books are cheeky, stylish, and, most of all, intelligent. In this trendspotter’s opinion, they are also very good VFM (value for money).” —Quill & Quire
“Ravel’s touch is light but spot on; the prospect of a series [...] is good news for young adult readers.” —Globe and Mail
“Edeet Ravel’s The Thrilling Life of Pauline de Lammermoor and The Mysterious Adventures of Pauline Bovary are a delightful addition to the girl diary genre.” —Toronto Star
“The Mysterious Adventures of Pauline Bovary is a fast and easy read. She’s a bit odd and her parents are totally weird, but that’s what makes this story so fun!” —Kidzworld
“It’s filled with friendship foibles, goofups with boys, parental antics and general mayhem.” —Edmonton Sun
